Hello World

I am starting a blog.  Again.  I tried this a few years ago, but either was pregnant/had a newborn/was pregnant again/too busy not sleeping etc.  Welcome to try number 2.

There are many reasons for blogging again.  It started by looking back on my old blog and seeing how many great memories, thoughts going on in my head, and pictures of my kids that I had forgotten about.  It was wonderful looking back and reading them.  I want to document again.

Secondly, I would love to share and learn from others out there.  Especially as we go through this homeschooling adventure.  My kids are going into 5th, 2nd, Kindergarten, and Preschool. I have a lot of years ahead of me and some already behind me.  I hope I have a lot to share and I certainly know I have a lot to learn.

Finally, I love writing.  I do.  It is my mothers fault.  If I am bad at writing, it is also her fault.  She home schooled me my whole life.  I think this gives me a wonderful reason to write what I love to write about most.  My awesome kids, my crazy family, sun, homeschooling, new mercy, flip flops, and joy.

  1. Glad you’re blogging again. But I want to tell the world at the start that I am not responsible for grammar or punctuation errors. Easy Grammar and I taught you well so please don’t blame me for any bad writing. :-) I love you and am grateful that you love to write. Your life is a testimony to God’s grace…and the fact that my “I’ll never home school” daughter is doing a blog partially about home schooling makes me smile. I know people will glean a lot from you, honey. Write on!
